As bold as this sounds, this may be the greatest game ever made, and there are several reasons for that. The first thing of course has to be the story, which revolves around the mysterious Tome of Eternal Darkness. You take control of several characters, including the main protagonist, Alex Roivas, who all play a role in defeating Pious Augustas, the very loyal, very powerful servant of the ancient god he serves. But the best part of the game is the Sanity Meter. The lower it goes, the wierder things get. The game does crazy **** to you. This includes making screaming sounds, the walls bleed, you sink to the ground, even lowering the volume on your T.V.. When I went to save my game, the game said that it wasn't going to save my game but delete it, and that scared the crap out of me. You think you are playing the game, but the game plays you, and that is what makes it scarier than other games like Resident Evil because it messes with your mind on a psychological level. Good stuff man!
