Warning: This game may make you go CRAZY!

User Rating: 1 | E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial 2600
E.T was supposed to be Atari's most popular game, but it ended up being the consoles biggest failure. First, the manufacturing company had to make 3,000,000 copies in a month, while the average Atari game would only have 300,000 copies made in 4 months. The Gameplay is horrendus, the animation is pixelated and just plain awful, and the parts where you fall into the pits and can't get out are really stressful. This game sparked the 1983 video game crash, and it's no suprise how bad it is. There is also a rumor going around that Atari buried thousands of unsold copies of the game into a landfill in New Mexico, but it is widley disputed. Bottomline here is: This game is THE WORST video game ever. If you are a diehard Atari collector and want to get this game, DON'T! It is not worth any money at all. It is a worthless game. E.T better phone home quickly!
