This game truely rocks. EA, better luck next time sucka. ESPN NHL is a must have for any hockey fans. Pretty realistic gameplay with plenty of setting options for the picky. They did an excellent job on commentary and ambience. Anyone looking for THE hockey simulator will be a bit disappointed but it's still the closest thing you currently can get without putting skates on and freezin' your chingaderas. 3 major complaints: - Camera settings. They suck. How can you pass to your wing or defensman if you can't see them? Boggles my mind why they didn't offer a bigger picture view. - Line change menus are annoyingly in your line of sight along the boards. - On defense, any move you make really commits your players making it easy enough to get around them. In real hockey, defensmen are much quicker and more agile. Still a good game to buy and really fun playing with friends and Live on Xbox. It's also nice to have a good competitor for EA. This will force EA to put their thinking caps on and actually sweat a bit for their money.
