Its jam packed with content, and control is really tight. You'll quickly adjust to its automatic backdown feature.

I can't exactly tell you what makes this year different from any other. (outside of controls) Here's a breif low down though. Graphics look fine. They aren't dead on in the faces but pretty close. Animations are smooth. Its everything you've come to expect by this point. The slick ESPN presentation is a plus though. Gameplay is deep, alot of the control options are in NBA Live. but what's different and better here is that its tighter controls. The more snappy, responsive feel is easily better then having two shoot buttons, which there's no need for. NBA Live didn't even implement it in the game that well, anyways. It's got a very neat manager mode (COOL MAN!) that has you saying who takes what percentage of the shots There's something to be said for the sound. I'm a musician, I listen to jazz, rock, metal, classical, and anything but country and rap. We'll this game has the best rap I've ever heard, if there was a sound track I'd be all over it. Commentary is decent, but nothing unusual. the rest of the sound is ESPN (like Stuart Scott pregame)and crowd whatever, its also what you expect. Play value all depends on your willingness to master the controls, its basketball done very well, thats all there's to it your love of the sport and how much you like a good challenge (online or off) and the nice 24/7 add on that like a 1 on 1, RPG sports game with some nice charater customization, brining you guy online is a great way to brag. Plus its $20 As of right now this sets the standard for what basketball games should be
