Try it first - looks and sound like a real cool old school game - but it has got some flaws.

Just like in all old-school RPG - graphics and sound are terrible. Quests are a bit more interesting and require more that just killing things around. Piloting your character on the map goes in a funny turn-like system, which can sometimes help during the fight but in general slows the game pace. The main quests is pretty interesting but following it too quickly could lead to encounters you are not yet ready for - better start going round in close circles and gather equipment and cash. I've played it for some time and enjoyed it quite a bit but if You are really interested in this game know that:
- you have to draw your own map to understand how to get everywhere
- you will die quite often if you dare to venture too far
- getting past the first few levels can take long if you are not willing to risk and die
- travelling back with the loot to sell can be VERY long and VERY boring
- inventory management is quite terrible, sometimes you have to push things around for a long time
- there is very little good humour in the game
So the game could be worth a little money after all - up to you and how bored with other games you are.
