As Gamespot aptly said, rent it for the Cinematics, play it just to say you have.

It fills in some of the gaps in The Matrix: Reloaded but gameplay wise, it's easy to beat.

The only question you need to ask about Enter the Matrix is, Is it THAT bad? Oh god yes it's that bad and then some.
