Great game, Bad community.
The game has certainly bettered itself over the months and years. With the stat system up and more weapons/armor to choose from and even a few extra maps here or there. The game has also improved it's server capability's over time. No more disconnecting or gigantic slow downs. If you left the game a year ago, you'd be surprised on how much better it became.
There a lot of things that stayed the same from the last time I reviewed this game and a few of them I reviewed wrong. The graphics are great for what they are because they are nice to look at while supporting low end computers. The sound you can do without, no sound effects and the music is near garbage. The leveling system in my opinion is fine because every level means something to you. You know you worked your ass off and you get your reward. I feel best when I level up in Endless because I know I worked hard to get it.
The community has managed to disappoint in a thunderous way. There are tons of people who beg for your money and call you noob for no reason. The spammers are probably the main problem in terms of community. There are over 1000 spammers(not at the same time online of course) but when a lot of them spam on the the chat system or place you are in, it might close your game because the data becomes too much for it to handle. It's best to head to a empty place to chat with your friends then to go to the bank and chat there. But the people aren't all duds. For example, I found a group of people i hang out with and kill monsters with, they gave me 50-100 gold when i needed it the most and are extremely friendly and funny. If you find a group of people that you like then ADD THEM TO YOUR FRIENDS LIST!!! God knows how long you'll find them without it.
Remember how we said that the game was REALLY SMALL when you installed it. Well now it's half true, half wrong. It's around 150-170 megabytes which is still very small for a mmorpg but not as small as it was before.
The game itself is a great game for average gamers but the community might bother you throughout. If you manage to beat the tutorial island phase and fight the hordes of idiotic people, you will find this a very enjoyable game.
