Well, it sure is more fun than watching the discovery channel, although I wouldn't mind another special with Morgan Freemam as the narrator. The concept is just as good as the first game, but with a good story. Well, sorta good story - you're searching for this artifact and become a bad ass diver in the mix; yeah. But the greater variety in species is nice, and the search they have you going on for that blue bird keeps you bouncing all around the globe with a good amount of interest, without losing track of the game's plot.

It's great stuff for the kids - gives them a bit of a lesson without a boring classroom.
It would be better if they had a bit of "water music", like in donkey kong country or even that first every ninja turtles game for NES. Maybe they wanted the experience to be a bit more realistic but it does get a bit boring down there. It's not like you're really in the water. I mean, some areas do have music but they're not exactly all that water friendly. i suggest renting this first.
