there aren't many good multiplayer games on the app store (currently) but eliminate is one of the best because the matchmaking system works well and it level up system is addictive as well as fun. The maps are small but are suitable as there can only be 4 players on at any one time. The only game mode is free for all which is bad news for team players although it makes sense as the older Ipods have no mic and Im not even sure if the mics on the Iphone or the new Ipod touch can be used with an app. There are 8 maps with 2 being new maps added in in an update. On the subject of updates, the game has only been updated once so far and the game has only been out since November so currently is hard to tell exactly how frequently they plant to update eliminate. The graphics while better than the simpler games on the app store are definitely not the best on the platform due to better graphics exhibited in games like NOVA and modern combat:sandstorm. The story serves only to tell you why you're killing people as well as to tell you who you are (an employee of a weapons company testing weapons on others in a testing facility. All in all this game while the best multiplayer does not beat all others overall but its free anyway so you should definitely download it.
