    Welcome to Elysium; Dolphin Division!

Team Dolphin is a supporting faction of the main Elysium faction, which is on another board whose name will be stated later. I, the founder of this division, have created it in hopes of recruiting more members to the faction, as well as supply a backup fighting force when needed. This secret base is currently unknown even to the leaders of the overall Elysium. Whether this changes or not I'm unsure of.

For those who don't know, Elysium is (this is pulled straight from the Elysium base's roster, with some add ons and changes)

...a faction. It's a group of individuals who are role-playing together the role of an organized political group with capable RP fighting force. Our goals include justice, board improvement (our own and other Elysium boards), and the defense of all Elysium members and ideals. We are always looking for new and active fighters to help fight against any enemies we may have. Can't duel? Don't even know what RP fighting is? Don't worry, we'll train ya
For the Dolphin Division, this is what we excel at.

...a media network. Our group has its own special network for spreading news and creative content throughout the land of EtD (Ecco the Dolphin), and any other boards if possible. If dueling isn't your thing, maybe you'd be more suited for a position in the network, whether it be writing a story, news piece, creating a comic, or whatever else you can conjure up!
This section is where I'm at a loss. We will have no/little work in this department unless somebody else can do it, since I really don't understand it. If any of you don't feel comfortable with fighting, then you can play an equally important role by doing this.

...a democratically run organization. The whole point of Elysium is to give the power to the members. Therefore, elections are held periodically to promote new leadership based on talent, achievement, dedication, etc. Proving yourself on the battlefield, creatively through the network, or by being a damn loyal piece of **** will allow you to gain attention and perhaps even become leader of this great organization one day! It's a hard job, but you have the rest of us to help.
However, due to the circumstances as to why this team was created, there will be a different sort of democracy here. Everybody can put their input into what goes on, but only certain elected members of the team will make the overall decision. Due to this, it's wise to consider who would best fit the positions. Elections for these positions are held regularly, so not to give too much power, and anybody is allowed to run for the positions.

...all inclusive. Everyone is invited. Anyone willing to participate will be able to, and if they want to improve any abilities they use while participating, those of us in the faction will help.

I'll post the roster next, though with only one current member, it's kind of pointless...
