So I was browsing the play-asia facebook page and I saw that someone inquired regarding the physical release of EDF

    The user asked:

Hello play-asia, I would like to enquire, would you guys be still stocking this product?

I read online that a physical retail copy release has been cancelled.

    Any word on this product?

    Play asia replied :

Yes! PA will have this title by February. Cheers!

So.. We might be seeing a physical release...?

Those dopes at Newegg haven't updated that site yet? Yeesh.

Well, it's not like they keep track of the millions of items they have (they don't all come from one big warehouse and it seems to be computerized listings to a great extent).

Anyway, they game WAS initially announced as a physical release with a Feb 13. date. A short time later, that date was canned and the release was pushed up to January with a higher price point.

Er, note that the game they have listed costs ten dollars LESS than the current price? That should be a sign that listing is a wee bit ancient (and wrong). Feel free to pre-order, but don't be surprised if you get an OUT OF STOCK message or can't place the pre-order for some reason.

Amazon had it listed as well as a physical copy, but they took the listing down and returned payment to everyone who ordered the game once the PSN version was officially confirmed.
