@ Slick_Grunt u were replying to me. and what i meant was bad company 2 not battelfield 2. (so it was a fault of your own for miss understanding me) maybe u should read a little more carefully.

It is "great" to constantly discover things that are the next step of what has truly never been seen before, a sort of modern revolution that just beat everything that was made in the genre and one step further. The future is right now and we are the best game makers of all time. Ahah ^_^

@GamerLegend10 I said that Battlefield 2 was out before Modern Warfare (note no numbers was added to this title), not "Bad Company 2 was out before Modern warfare 2" . Read a little more carefully :)

i wish they would still do the video showcases on the cars in NFS like they use to when they first started making them back in the day. i liked seein the real car and seein how its made and all the stats and poop

(u should do your research too) Modern warfare 2 release date: Nov 10, 2009 Battelfield: Bad Company 2 release date: Mar 5, 2010 most people probably wont give a crap And obviously industry's need competition (which i clearly understand), and in most cases I'm not bothered by games (or anything) taking ideas from other games (or anything else), but it just seemed to me that they were copying too much and making things boring but thats just my opinion (that it seems no one agrees with)

@GamerLegend10 as I recall, they came out with battlefield 1942 before Call of Duty. and they made battlefield 2 before modern warfare. so hush hush and do your research. p.s. who gives a crap anyway? if there was no competition in the gaming industry, it'd be relatively boring. it would be same in Any industry. what moves us forward is competition.

seriously why the hell are they making a Vietnam expansion pack for battlefield? EA is well too focused on copying the cod franchise, by bringing out battlefield 1943 when cod5 was really popular, and they brought out the 2nd bad company to compete with MW2 and now they are making a Vietnam expansion to compete with COD: Black Ops. I dont usually like to accuse games of copying each other but seriously in this case it is obvious that EA is trying to take a share of cods sales.

Why are all of you so upset that Mass Effect 3 (and a smaller group Dragon Age 2) didn't make an appearance? It's far too soon to expect either of those, especially Mass Effect 3 since the second only came out this January. Stop being so impatient, as the industry works better at their own pace instead of rushing out everything instantaneously.

Who gives a crap about Mass Effect 3, we're getting SW:TOR! ...Alright, I do, Mass Effect 2 was one of my favourite games. :P But for now I'll be satisified with more info that Bioware give us about SW:TOR on their website. They've really put in a lot of hype into it and those awesome webcomics! I just hope that the game will live up to the hype, but I guess I shouldn't be worried coz it is Bioware.

@mountain_rugby I think Bioware is directing almost all their resources at SW:TOR right now so they can hit the spring 2011 release window. If you arent' interested in SWTOR then that probably doesn't matter to you. I bet we'll see it in late 2011 or 2012 though.

I love bioware and i love how ea is letting them continue their style of gameplay instead of butchering it like they did too older companies like origins so as long as ea allows bioware too run their way ill be a ea/bioware fan forever.

I'm so excited. I hope the Reapers never stop...! consequently, we play Mass Effect for all eternity................

In all honesty, I think Bioware with the right team could make an AMAZING movie. The thing that disappointed me the most was not their product, but the crowd when they were on stage announcing various things of The Old Republic. Seriously, what was wrong with those people? Quiet, slight clap, minor whistles. Bioware is one of the biggest most successful game developers in history and all they got was.. well barely anything from the audience. I can't wait for ME3, DA2, and SW:ToR.

I hope they show something to do with Dragon Age 2 because I can't stand not knowing anything about it anymore.
