I was looking for a review b4 I purchased so I will quickly put one up after only an hour of play. It works.

It works and its tough, heart rate sensor is awesome and the band provides minimal resistance. Everything works as you would hope, the workouts on Hard are just that hard. The 9 week program on hard starts out with a 35 minute workout and fills up slots for 4 days a week on the calendar. Motion controls are almost 1:1 with a very short kinect lag that is only ever noticeable during dodge ball when you're jumping but you'll quickly adjust. The only issue I see is with the supported voice connect. The music or something instructed it to repeat demonstration twice and to adjust music twice, not sure what is up with that yet, maybe the volume is up too loud or something but the voice activation can be turned off which I'll probably do anyways as it's not very useful. I had also hoped for just a bit more "adventure" activities, but they do have a variety. It has a huge amount of workouts but you adventurous ones are sprinting, mountain bike, punching bag, kicking, goal tending, and dodge ball. The rest so far has been jumping and squatting and most all legs on the first day. You may customize workouts as well as select from a massive amount of finished workouts. It has a useless journal but the online support may be interesting and I will be looking into that later. It obviously tracks heart rate but also tracks time, calories, and avg heart rate. This information can be viewed in a multitude of different graphs. Another complaint would be the encouragement doesn't seem to fit what was going on at times, for example at one point it has you jumping back and forth and my thighs were getting sore and I slowed way down and it told me I was at a great pace! Keep it up! Also, if your having trouble registering a move on the counter, you're just not doing it right, it only infrequently will let you know you're doing it wrong if you're getting tired. Check your form and it will register. After all of this, I really do like this game I have not played any fitness games in the past, but I cannot believe any would compare to a game with 1:1 tracking.

UPDATE: I've had zero issues with the game since the first time of playing. The online features are okay, and luckily the first week mixed up from legs to total body to upper body and back to legs. If you're having trouble with the mountain bike when running up hill make sure youre a good distance (8 feet) from the kinect and really lift your knees up. Nothing else gives me any fits.
The tutorial screen will pop up when you repeatedly make a mistake which can happen when youre tired but is easily exited by hand or controller. The only other hint would be if youre going to do a sitting exercise dont sit until it tells you to sit even if youre pictured sitting, otherwise you will be standing back up for the kinect to recognize you. When it tells you to sit the kinect will then follow you as you sit down and the recognition will retain.
