Dynasty Warriors 7 leaves much to be desired, but Definitely Impressive and the best so far.
This Game is an excellent addition and the best so far. If you loved Dynasty warriors 3, that same feeling returns but as an improved formula.
The weapon system overhaul has really changed how you run around and smash everything in your way. It was a brilliant idea on their part, however 36 base weapons (meaning no downloads) ultimately create's clones and the characters don't seem much difference,
However being that each character has 2 different exciting musou's and a unique EX attack kind of knocks that problem off the table problem is, it's still on the floor. The nifty thing is, that it's back to finding levels 1-10 of every weapon, making over 360 Different skins.
The Story Mode is just the best and most interactively exciting by far. It actually feels like 4 different stories (Wu,Shu,Wei and Jun) unlike previous games who's Musou/Story Mode wasn't really a story just something you skipped over to do some smashing to see the ending. However the story and effort is quite excellent, and I was very Impressed.
No Free Mode Around this time, However Conquest mode rightfully replaces that with more features including (offline-online Co-op). Definitely will keep you and your friends busy for a really long time.
