how many cities & towns are there in ddo

i was wondering how many cities & towns are in this game as i'm thinking of subscribing and trying to decide on several mmos i've played wow for about 6 years and looking for a new fix

as far as I know, there's only the one city.;
However, the game is free to play. So you can roll up a toon and give it a shot for a little bit before you decide whether or not you want to fork out the cash.
