Where is the Wal Mart preorder deal available?

Does anyone know where the Wal Mart bonuses are available (Darkhorse Comic + DS3 Mini Strategy Guide)??? I searched for them on the Wal Mart online shop (linked on the Preorder page of the games official website) and it dosen't seem to exist. Is this deal available on the internet? Does anyone know where to get it? And is there like a special/collector edition of the game for preorder or something?
