Dungeon Explorer has its ups and downs but the bad points far outweighs the bright side - totally.

As in my reviews , i tend to keep things short. Ive been playing DE for a few hours and this is what I think. At first impression , it seems like a decent hack-n-slash coupled with some classical story about demons and sorcerors , but ...

Thumbs-up:
1. Ok graphics.
2. Random dungeons that doesnt seem too linear.
3. Character motions are as fluid as ever.
4. Great inventory design ( much better than Dungeon Siege ToA )
5. Solid framerate , no lags so far.

Thumbs-down:
1. Lame story , uninspired plot.
2. Cutscenes are a catostrophe ( U cant fast-forward dialogue , but u can skip the whole cutscene with the 'start' button )
3. Lifeless chracters mired by lame dialogue and etc etc.
4. Skills are as lame as ever. ( Terms could use abit of improvement , eg: Big Bang Skills which sound like phrases for Kindergarden kids )
5. Gets really repetitive over time.

Conclusion:
Dont believe the hype. If ur into hack-n-slash, consider getting other games. And if u've played FF7CrisisCore , GoW or any other decent games , u would'nt want to get this cos the gap in playability, graphics and etc is gonna make u go "Damnit!!" .
