Will it ever come out? Just wondering since I remembering waiting, watched teaser and trailers for this 10 years or so back. But will be a big welcome to my games list.
Just make the game and put it out. This is Duke. We all know what to expect. This shouldn't be Final Fantasy, or Zelda or whatever. This is Duke Nukem. Put your naked babes, your guns, your aliens and good stages and bam, that's it, put the game out. Stop trying so hard to make it an epic game. Duke was never meant to be epic, but now that you've taken so long, it better be darn good.
I have a bad feeling that IF and WHEN this game is finally released, it's gonna be severly disappointing...but i seriously hope i am wrong and it's just a worry
So what's up with this game? Do they just take so long that by the time it gets remotely finished the graphics and physics are already out dated? The bounce on the barbell after he drops it is a good example of what I am talking about.

ok so it looks like he benches about 700 and curls a 40... someone needs to work out something besides his chest

This video was made in 2007 and the E3 trailer for the game was in 2001. Dam guys who do you think you are Blizzard.
Wasn't this game canceled ages ago? I mean I love Duke but I aint waiting forever for him (It's been what, 6 years?)
Simply awesome looking!! And what about the phenomenal job they've done with Duke's physique? I mean that dude is cut isn't he? I can see that this is set on taking the bad-ass image of Duke to a whole new level. I can't wait to see it. Whoever ends up producing this game won't be sorry, I'm sure.

Well i guess that the duke is dead... Im so tired of 3d realms bullcrap. Sell The duke and let someone else make the game and then 3dR can close down Forever.

It's cool how they're resurrecting these old console games for the PC now. It seems like that's the thing to do with movies/games these days, try to resurrect and old storyline.
Lol guess that's why they gave the subtitle "forever" have stopped hoping to se it's release ... Maybe my grandchildren will see that day?
For anyone who loved Duke Nukem the first time around this is an interesting little saga. Game has been in development since the dawn of time but I will sure as hell play it if it comes out. Problem is is Duke Nukem relevant anymore?
The game is not canceled. They are looking for a new development team to finish it, and some outside funding. It is ridiculous beyond belief that this game's development is even still going on though. I was in 6th grade when they originally announced DNF, and now I've been out of school for 6 years. WOW.
the king will be there when hes needed(and unless the completlly ruin this game its gona hit the stores like a meteor hiting a 2 inch aliens head)
