Aside from a certain boss, how avoidable is nudity?

I usually play around family and I'd love to pick this up, but I wanna know just how avoidable the nudity is, or how bad it is.

not very (at least first time through, you can skip the mission after you've beaten it once) cause there is a level that takes place in a strip club that has a few boobs but most have nipple covers though the stripper at the end does put hers right in your face.

Yes and for more reasons, this isn't a game to play around family, dude.

If you play around family, avoid this game completely. Unless you want to play with the volume off and the subtitles disabled.

This isn't a game to play around family. Duke swears every 20 seconds along with enemys blood flying everywhere with just one bullet shot. Also, there is the Hive level, the Queen B!tch, and the Strip Club.
