There are many babes that you can find throughout the game. They're often seen trapped on something greenish. And if you kill them, the aliens will suddenly appear behind you. So watch your fire. There are many weapons throughout the game. Many of them has the good and the bad effects.
Considering this is an old school game, the graphic isn't really good. But that won't stop Duke's advance as a king. At that time, this is one of the game that has the best graphic. It does include blood and gore, something that you may like. And if you don't like the graphics, you can download the High Resolution Pack version of Duke Nukem.
