AU Shippin' Out March 5-March 7: Bully: Scholarship Edition

Have you got what it takes to be the big dog in the playground?

RockStar's taking gamers back to school this week with the rerelease of Bully: Scholarship Edition. When the original was released on the PS2 in 2006, it was renamed to Canis Canem Edit due to fear of a mainstream media beat-up because of its name.

In Bully, you take on the role of Jimmy Hopkins, a teenage delinquent, who is going nowhere fast. His mother and latest father in-law force Jimmy to go to a fictitious boarding school called Bullworth Academy. Jimmy must survive the mean halls of Bullworth while maintaining a low profile and avoiding teachers and the principal. Aside from upgraded graphics, Bully: Scholarship Edition features eight new solo missions and four new classes (maths, biology, geography, and music), all of which support offline multiplayer. Class is back in session with Bully: Scholarship Edition on the 7th.

THQ's answer to the Battlefield franchise is almost here, with Frontlines: Fuel of War hitting store shelves tomorrow. Set in the not-too-distant future, the game places you on the frontlines as a grunt fighting for either the Western Coalition, which is made up of the United States and European Union, or the Red Star Alliance, which comprises Russia and the People's Republic of China. Within those teams, players can pick from six classes, all of which feature different weapons and abilities. When taken online, the Xbox 360 can support up to 50 players on dedicated servers, which is the first of its type on the console. However, if you opt to play on a client-based server, the maximum players allowed is 16. The PC version of the game supports up to 64 players online.

For everyone confused by the seeming double releases, this is from GameSpotAU. Those are Australian releases of games that may have already been released in the states.

Atleast, that's what I figured after being confused too :-p

Frontlines might be good but I doubt it could compare to Battlefield 2.

as to jazzieys comment fair enough but i think bf2142 is a great online multiplayer game full of strategy and skill. fules of war was developed by some of the guys responsible for bf1942 far as i know so hopefully it will be good though hearing it has some launch issues best to wait off till bugs are ironed out people say. Is bully coming to the pc? that would be good.

    Wombatforhire-
I was just wondering the same thing.
I've been playing Dracula X Chronicles (well... the Symphony of the Night bonus really) for a couple of months now. With the new Dawn of War and Bully Wii coming out this week, I'm already broke. At least I already know they are great games that are well worth the price.
Damn glad Okami got delayed though: deciding between Okami & Bully was tearing me apart and thats only just a bit of an overstatement.

Has Persona 3 been concrete confirmed? I don't see any release dates anywhere on the EB website or the THQ website for that matter.
