Lost in Blue Question

What the...?

I did a walkthrough of the ancient puzzles 7-9. now whenever I go back to them, the boxes change places so I cant move forward of go back. I don't know who the move by themselves, they just do. PLEASE HELP ME! for I cannot press on with out an answer to this.
