How do you play songs on a CD?

I dont know what that means

A CD is a section of the game (one CD per location, 5 songs per CD, not including "I Am Not Your Gameboy"). If you need to beat all of the songs on a CD to unlock something, it means all of the songs in a particular section.

you have 5 CDs, each is a location...i dont remeber all the names but its every song NOT including the bonus song of ' I am not your gameboy'.
