This is probably the best ps1 game that was realsed ever. this game was close to perfect. the graphics were a huge improvment to the frist one and the fact you could get out of your car was also a new idea. this game also had very difficult missions but they were always fun to do. the sound was not great as the sound of screeching tires was like sumone attacking your face with a drill and sadly they never got rid of it. but other than that the game is solid once agian the vidoes rocked and the whole feel of the game was superb. this game is difficult to get the hang of but once you do, you wont be able to put it down for a long time. even just driving around looking at the replay was amazing to do. the baseball stadium with the hidden car is cool along with the dock side and the cop chases. this game had everything you could want along with a bit more to give. the garge with the cheats was also werid as it was the first game to incoprate cheats with the actull gameplay.
