Some of the soundtracks were good, although take a ride background music was a bit odd.

The driving was fun, the story was great, the shooting was..... no. Tanner shouldn't have guns. The story as in the story was good although the gameplay in the story mode was too hard. I really really really want to know if Tanner is alive does anyone know. So you start off as a cop, you do your training, drive a cop car to the bad guys then there is a bit of shooting and a big car chase. You shoot the guy you weren't supposed to and get mixed up in the criminal world as a driver working for the cops and everything gets all confusing. But if you get it, it's great.

Graphics: 8.5
The gameplay is a little ugly, the cut scenes are beautiful.

Replay Value: 9.0
I was addicted to this for a while.

Value: 10.0
PS2 games are so cheap these days that almost everything is a 10/10 here.
