A typical movie-based video game.

Movie-based games are usually boring, shallow, and nothing like the movie they're based on. Kung Fu Panda is no exception. This game came with the Xbox 360, along with Lego Indiana Jones. I didn't expect much, since it was free and all, and I didn't get much either. The game is fun for a few minutes, but soon gets tedious and boring. The ENTIRE first mission is based on something that took up a mere 5 minutes in the movie. You play as Po, the panda, during his dream. This mission is pointless and serves no purpose towards the overall plot. The missions that follow are nothing like the movie. You must do very tedious tasks, such as climbing walls and structures, saving rabbits from... weird animals, and finding fire crackers. There's not really anything to do, but finish each mission. So overall, this is a shallow, boring game that has no replay value whatsoever. But hey, it's free. ;)
