It's time to defeat the forces of evil with some Panda Style Kung Fu!
The story follows a panda by the name of Po who dreams of becoming a great Kung Fu master just like his heroes the Furious Five who are holding a special tournament to find out who the legardary Dragon Warrior will be but after having some trouble getting inside to watch he comes up with a plan with the help of a chair and fireworks by blasted himself into the sky only
to crash land just as Master Oogway is about to choose the Dragon Warrior in which it turns out to be Po but everyone is not too sure if Oogway's choice was right so now Po must prove to everyone including himself that he's a great in the making in the hopes of saving the Valley of Peace from the dangerous Tai Lung who has escaped from prison to seek his rage upon the world if not stopped in time.
Just like the movie the games plays out the many parts of the movie like the Lake of Tears and the Jade Palace and as a added bonus you get to go to areas that didn't even appear in the movie itself from the forests of Howling Moon to the secret training grounds of where Tai Lung once trained in secret as I have to say that the areas are really well done plus you will also encounter powerful new enemies that you also didn't see in the movie like the Imperial Golden Croc Gang , The Wu Sisters and Great Gorilla so even is they were not in the movie they are still cool characters to see.
Like all games there is also some interesting stuff to be collected throughout the levels as a few of them include gold coins that can be found throughout the levels or from defeated foes as you can use the coins to upgrade Po's many skills of attack or many others plus keep your eyes opened for green colored coins as these ones are vey special as they can unlock either a video of one of the many characters from the movie or even a new character to play as in the mulitplayer mode outside of the story mode and finally one of the best things is the characters you can play as you play as Po most of the game but at times you get a chance to play as another character like the members of the Furious Five or even the mysterious Master Shifu as each of them have his or her own skills to use at your command.
I really liked the movie and I really liked the game so if like either of what I have mentioned in my review then feel free to try this game out for yourslef or even to someone who would really enjoy it as it is a fun game.
