The game is just bad. Point form for your easy enjoyment.
Sound? Repetitive and annoying. Not that fly-by-your-ear annoying... I'm talking about rage inducing. I pretty much guarantee you'll avoid jumping only 10 minutes into the game.
Gameplay? Derivative, contrived, and uninspired. Combat is sloppy and mind numbingly easy. Nothing but button mash here. The only thing that breaks up the "punch enemies, eat food, collect coins" agenda are infuriating jump puzzles.
Control? Sucks. The few Sonic inspired "speed rolling" sequences are blindingly fast with zero precision. Camera plays poorly with jump puzzles too.
Its basically everything you expect in a game title based off a movie. A few token gameplay elements cobbled together haphazardly. Its not even worth renting.
