New media: Commandos 2 for the Dreamcast

Eidos has released new screenshots from Commandos 2 for the Sega Dreamcast. Set during World War II, Commandos 2 is a top-down real-time strategy game that places players in the role of one of nine specialized Allied team members. There are 12 indoor/outdoor single-player missions, with an extensive list of objectives to complete for each. The Dreamcast version will feature a two-player cooperative mode and a head-to-head online mode via SegaNet.

Commandos 2 is currently scheduled for release on May 1. Look for more on Commandos 2 for the Dreamcast in the coming weeks.

    I never knew this was originally slated for the Dreamcast. Interesting.
