Mummy canned for the Dreamcast?

Our sources indicate that The Mummy may be cancelled for the Dreamcast in favor of The Mummy Returns for the PlayStation 2.

Sources have indicated that The Mummy may be cancelled for the Dreamcast. While the Dreamcast project is still in a state of flux, it's been unofficially confirmed that The Mummy Returns will be released for the PlayStation 2 in October 2001. We should have more information on The Mummy Returns from E3 later this month. We'll have more on the Dreamcast version of The Mummy when it becomes available.
