What characters are available from the start?

I've played this game at an arcade and loved it, and was thinking of getting the Dreamcast version. Of course, the arcade version had racked up tons of experience points and everybody was unlocked, so I just wanted to ask: what characters are available from the start?

Capcom Side:
Guile, Amingo, Ryu, SonSon, Zangief, Ruby Heart, Anakaris, Hayato, Sakura, Tron Bonne, Strider Hiryu, Jill

Marvel Side:
Cyclops, Wolverine (bone-claw), Marrow, Psylocke, Cable, Iceman, Captain America, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, Venom, Rogue, Hulk
