Marvel vs. Capcom
While I wouldn't call Marvel vs. Capcom the most balanced fighting game in the world, it makes up for its shortcomings by simply being a whole lot of fun.

Makoto Takedown
Chun-Li's my fav an' one of the most formidable fighters, but I doubt every fight goes flawlessly. Makoto's a strong competitor, an' has one of the coolest throw/takedowns in the game.
