The network multiplayer strategy simulation game allows for players to choose between Earth Federation and Zeon in online battles.
It's a port of one of SNK's last great NeoGeo games. It's also one of the last great games for the Dreamcast.
IMPORT: It's definitely unique and uniquely Sega, and the Dreamcast game library needs more wacky games like this - Seaman needs the company.
