Good fun. Good price.

I am one of those adventure game players waiting for Syberia III and the sequel to Dreamfall/Longest Journey. Just so you know what games I like to play.

This game was fun. It was only about $10. That was a good price.

I'm wavering on paying about $15 for the sequel. Big Fish Games only sells the "Collector's Edition" with a bunch of stuff (I don't want) besides just the next part of this game: Bonus gameplay, unique achievements to earn, concept art and wallpapers, icredible original soundtrack, integrated Smart Guide.

This little game was fun. The story was pretty good. The game was short; so, I really didn't get attached to the characters like the games I previously mentioned. But, I liked most of the characters in the scenes you entered. I thought they were well done. I felt like I was interacting with them briefly even though they hardly moved.

I played it for an hour or two over about a week's time. I am not one to sit down and play a game all night. (I also knew that this game was short, so I wanted try to make it last.)

The puzzles weren't too tough. Some of the answers to some of the parts of the puzzles had me scratching my head.
The in-game hints were, for the most part, helpful. A few were not. Clicking on an item in a scene sometimes gave you a bit of a hint.

The artwork was good. I would give it 10 out of 10. Most of the scenes were static with a few things moving in them.

The music was good except for the very last part when it stopped as the game was ending. That was strange.

This game seemed almost like a practice game for a development team that planned on doing a bigger, grander game. It was a good buy for $10 and I recommend it.
