I was really looking forward to this game so I think I built it up a bit too much and just got disappointed. All in all it's a fun ride. If you like insane level up RPGs this will be fun for you. I was disappointed that the voice-overs and story weren't better. Personally I think they should have just stuck with the japanese language and have subtitles. Usually in Square-Enix games I usually come to really like the characters and become involved with their story. This time I really couldn't care less. The one pet peeve I had is that every so often the characters would chime in onscreen. The problem was their text box would cover up my enemie radar so it got kind of annoying. The one part I did enjoy was just riding around on the back of the dragon and killing literally hundreds of enemies. The levels were challenging to complete. And some of these boss fights were extemely hard. I think I spent 3 days on Giant Manah. Flying the dragon around is really fun but I'm a Panzer Dragoon fan so that might we why. Finding all the weapons is fun and leveling them up isn't much of a chore. I loved all the magic attacks each weapon would give you. Planning out what weapons you use does become stratigic which is another thing I enjoyed. All in all I might have been disappointed as to what I was expecting but I still enjoyed it.
