It is up to you once again to save the world of Drakan.

User Rating: 8.5 | Drakan: The Ancients' Gates PS2
Drakan: The Ancients' Gates is an 'alright' game. I would strongly recommend the first game, Drakan: Order of the Flame, instead though. The three most disappointing aspects of this game for me would probably have to be:
1) this 'sequel' did not leave off directly where the first game (pc) left off, which left a few unanswered questions to those who have beat Order of the Flame.
2) the ending cutscene was poor. *spoiler alert* it simply ended with that same narrator from the beginning of the 2nd game, reading the end of the book, it closing, and the credits fading in.
3) is it just me or did Arokh's voice sound A LOT better in the first game? : S

There are many good aspects as well though. The storyline is pretty good (though it could have been better), the graphics are beautiful, and the music is fitting and haunting. I loved Rynn's English voice, and most of the weapons, armor, and missions.
Each scenario was well done, to say the least.
