Fun games everyone should experience

User Rating: 6.5 | Don Bluth Presents: Dragon's Lair Trilogy WII
I'll admit that I had had very little experience with Dragon's Lair Prior to popping Trilogy into my Wii. I had the original NES game, but to be honest I don't think I ever main it past the first screen. I also freely admit that I played all three games on the easiest settings with infinate lives. My goal was to be able to play through these games and experience the great animation, so that's what I did.

I've always enjoyed this type of gameplay, but oddly don't care too much for QTEs in most games. I think it's because in games like Dragon's Lair, Space Ace, and some of the old Sega CD games I have the presentation is the exciting part.

I enjoyed all three games included in this disc, but I must admit that I had the most fun with Dragon's Lair. The levels were quick, but numerous (at least on the settings I picked) Dragon's Lair II and Space Ace definately brought more of a story to their games, and the animation is still wonderful. However, I found myself growing bored after the 20th playthrough of the same level. While the original DL had quick roons with maybe 1-7 actions, the DL II levels felt like they went on forever with 20-30 actions.
