What Fighter leve do I need to reach to get weight bonus augment?

It says level 5 in the guide what level does this transfer to an the actual game?
The last Augment for my Strider says level 9 but I think I got it at level 20? Around then. So, I am confused to how this works. Before I go and change my class I want to know if its worth it. I don't feel like taking The Fighter up to level 15 unless it happens much faster when you have some nice pawns behind you.

Leveling up in this game only enhances your base stats and makes pawns of your level or below free to hire. When it comes to gaining weapon skills, core skills, and augmentations it has everything to do with your rank and if you have already learned the prerequesite skill you may need for the advanced version of said skill.
