Even though the story has a bit of bumpy line, It still does the DBZ Franchise justice.

User Rating: 8.6 | Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II GBA
Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II Picks up from where the original game left off. It continues the story of Goku fighting a killer virus, an incurable heart disease to be precise, a bunch of Androids, and the perfect creature Cell.

The game starts off in the future where Trunks and Gohan are preparing to battle the androids 17 and 18. Gohan decides to go alone leaving Trunks behind in order to protect him from harm. Eventually Gohan dies and Trunks turns into a Super Saiyan. He then takes the trip through time and arrives on the spot where Feriza landed, and the story picks of from the Trunks Saga of the Animie.

The game has its fare share of surprises, like the appearance of Cooler when after Piccolo battles the King Triceratops. But it turns out oddly as Cooler Invites Goku to a Battle on New Namek contrary to the original Animie. But as the story from Movies 5 and 6 were roughly included in this RPG, it missed out the great and epic battles with Androids 14, 15 and Super 13 from Movie 7 and the original Battle with Broly in the Movie 8. The Bojak tournament was also left uncovered from the 9th Movie.

The final conclusion: Even though the game missed out a couple of movies, it still did justice to the original Animie story by not changing it a great deal. Or in other words, Dragon Ball Z: Legacy of Goku II is a must buy for the Hardcore Saiyans out there and nice addition in the collection for the new fighters.
