Best anime game of all time!

User Rating: 9.5 | Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II GBA
Here's the sequel to the hyped up and sorry Legacy of Goku. I was really thinking if I should get this game or not! But I decided to pick up a copy myself, and let me tell you I'm glad I did. For fans coming back, there was much skepticism being that the first was such a letdown. However, Legacy of Goku 2 delivers in every possible way. From a much better explained story that anyone could understand to a vast depth of content, Legacy of Goku 2 does something that many of today's games lack, putting a good story, great gameplay, and great music all together for a great experience. Lets take the story to start with. Fans of DBZ will be in awe playing through their favorite parts of the Android and Cell sagas ( and Trunks as well). Unlike most DBZ and anime games in general, you are left with a lackluster skinned chicken version of the originally amazing and rich story, leaving only the most hardcore fans to be able to make out whats going on. DBZ LoG2 dives so deeply in the Dragon Ball Z story that even people who have never heard of Dragon Ball could get an idea of what's going on, which is a major feat. In terms of graphics, Atari delivers a very solid pack of visuals that even stand up to the test of time. There's something magical about walking through Goku's woods seeing the leaves of trees fall, or looking for Dr. Gero's lab. As far as music goes, the score is amazing, featuring Bruce Faulkoner's original US music from the show. All in all, this is an absolute must have for DBZ fans as GBA owners alike.
