if it's a 'fighting' game, then it directly or indirectly competes with other fighting games, regardless of whether or not it was madejust for fan service. It's stupid to buy a game based on an anime you like if the game is merely mediocre or poor -- which is how all Dragonball games are.

A bit of an unfair review, I don't think it was made to compete with other fighting games, it was for Dragonball Z fans, so to say it was made to compete is wide of the mark I think.

This was my first ps2 game and i feel like getting it again just to feel nostalgic
