How do i get the dragonballs?

Hmm well i don't know how to get them, i've spent ... all on the game lol cause i have the latest ones but chye i want to complete all the budokai's but i don't know how to get the dragonballs =[ please help meeeeeee.

To get the dragonballs you need to buy them from popo
