Absolutely worth it

Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 is what all the major DBZ fans have been wanting. With its new features and characters it is a great step in the Budokai series. With characters from DBZ/GT and also Kid Goku from DragonBall. Budokai 3 has all the same features of #2 like duel, practice, the great tournament. But unlike in budokai 2 where your a little game peice on a board. You are now in Dragon Universe. This is where you select you character and take them through their series beating up the bad guys(or good guys) building up skills for your character and collecting the Dragon Balls. This time you level up. In Dragon Universe u can build up your stats to become stronger. The stats you builed up are Health-To get more health. Ki- To reduce the amount of ki used in attacks Attack- Increases your attack Com- Improves how well the computer uses uses your character Arts- Increases the damage of your special attack Gaurd- Greater Defense Ability- Equipped capsules have more effect You are able to use 99 stat points as there are 99 possible levels. And you add to each one of those to your stats. There's 20 points per stat. Depending on how you set them you can be pretty unbeatable. Once you have beatin Dragon Universe with all 12 main characters. You unlock Dragon Arena. Dragon Arena gives you the chance to fight against other characters to help you level up to build up your stats. This is where fighting your friends comes in. Every time you level up. You get a password. Copy down that password and enter it in Dragon Arena and you are able to fight that exact character. This is Budokai's online play. Although you aren't able to control him its really awesome to fight your friends character. Next up are the new attacks added to Budokai 3. First we start off in Hyper Mode. This is where you glow bright red. Hyper mode is needed to use the next new attack's. Dragon Rush and the Ultimate Attack! To use Dragon Rush you first need to be in hyper mode. Once in hyper mode knock your opponent down to enable Dragon Rush. Once in dragon rush you and your opponent enter a random button, and if you get the same the first time your opponent knocks you to the ground instead of you beating him up. If you get the same the second phase then its just a draw and you both land safely. The third and final phase you knock your oppenent to the ground but miss. BUT if you don't get the same all three times you land a very powerful attack. Which deals 1000+ damage. The next new attack is the ultimate attack. In the ultimate attack you must be in Hyper Mode to enable it. Then by pressing the Triangle, Square, Circle, and X button all at the same time you knock your oppenent down and power up for the special attack. The final feature is the Beam struggle. Which is my favorite. Not just because it looks pretty cool, but becuse it takes some work. In order for a beam struggle to work both you and your oppenent must launch a Ki blast attack at the same time. Then by moving the analog stick round and round it will go towards your enemy. Do it fast enough and it will do some serious damage. Do it too slow and it will deal damage to yourself. This game is a must have. If you don't have it, I say get it A.S.A.P. Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 is the best.
