Budokai 3 fixes most of the flaws from Budokai 1 & 2. It also introduces GT characters, making it the first DBZ game to have SSJ4 for Goku and Vegeta. This game has one of my favorite soundtracks in any game ever. The graphics are pretty good for a game that came out 6-7 years ago. The gameplay is easy, simple, addictive, and you can just pick up and play. Dragon Universe mode adds tons of replay value to the game, and you can also compete in the Martial Arts tournament. The only thing that prevents me from giving this game a 10/10 is that it could've used a little more characters. It has a pretty decent amount, but 8-10 more wouldn't have hurt. But other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this game.
I highly recommend this game over any of the Tenkaichi or Raging Blast games.
