The third game in the Budokai series. This game has improved since the first two Budokai games . It has new features such as the dragon rush. This time you can't just do a characters death move anymore. Now you have to go through a procedure where you have to complete a power up so you can make a direct hit and cause more damage. For certain characters, such as Goku , when transforming the dragon rush will have a different attack . Goku's dragon rush will change from the spirit ball to the super dragon fist , as you've seen in DB GT, when he transforms to a super sai-yan. Overall this is one of the best games in the Dragon ball saga. Only problem I have with this game is that the controls are more complex than before. Also some of the characters fighting strategy gets very repetitive, and they could of added more fighters to the game such the movie and GT characters like Janemba , Bojack , the shadow dragons, Artificial 17 ,Super 17 ,Majuub , Baby ,Baby Vegeta , Pan , General Rildo , The Sigma Force , Cardinal Mutchy Mutchy , The Para Para Brothers , The entire Ginyu Force , GT Goku , Goku Jr. , Vegeta Jr. , teen Goten , Chiaotzu , Android 13 , Android 14 , Android 15 , King Cold , Lord Slug , Pui Pui , Turles , Spopavich , Yakon , The Spice Boys , Pikkon , Garlic Jr. , all of the What-if fusions , and Bojack's henchman. Hopefully they'll fix this in the upcoming Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi.
