@ Finsie: firstly, this isnt in HD and its only an early gameplay video so you cant expect it to be great...secondly, the graphics even at this stage look pretty good, and the whole point of this game is story driven, so who chooses graphics over a great story and gameplay?
They better revamp the graphics otherwise it looks like a fricking WOW rip off and Bioware has too much to make up for to just have another craptastic game like mass effect
kind has the same hud interface as wow from the looks of it

It will only superficially be like BG: party combat, old-school looking fonts, pseudo-isometric camera. Bioware has forgotten that it was the style of writing and story, as well as the game's attitude towards itself that made that made BG great-- not that other technical stuff. Dragon Age will be NWN with updated graphics and a varnish of phony old-school-ness painted over top of it. Maybe some Mass Effect uber-linear storytelling will tie it all together.
Well, the game looks pretty cool, but you're gonna have to have perfect hardware to play it in satisfying graphics... Anyway, I guess that Diablo 3 will rule in the RPG categories.

This will keep me company once im done with NWN2's latest addon. And im actually looking forward to this a lil more!
I agree about the GS host, but I'm actually glad that there's no online, that means there focusing on the story which is what bioware is known for, not to mention why I play there games. If I want multiplayer, I'll play an mmo.
