a suck game with ugly graphic

User Rating: 5 | Dragon Age: Origins X360
first dragon age is a game that setting in fantasy world with spell and other thing

The graphics was suck in xbox360 you can do better with this bioware like mas effect

Now the gameplay. I personally thought it was boring and frustrating. Maybe because on the xbox360 you can't have a top down camera angle to manage all your characters and their actions from one vantage point. Instead, you have to switch between third person views of them. It's such a hassle, because I always get the sense that one of my party members is being raped off-screen. It's always annoying when one of your party members runs off into the distance like a maverick to attack some far away enemies. This wouldn't be a problem from an overhead view of your entire party, but only the PC version got this privilege. The HUD is annoying too. It's difficult to get the hang of on a controller - this isn't such a big problem, but again, I imagine it's much simpler to navigate on the PC. They did get some things right though, like being able to combine spells (e.g. cast grease and then cast a fireball on the grease to engulf a whole load of enemies - brilliant).

The story is ok. Just ok. The dialogue, however, can get soooooo boring. I found myself putting on subtitles and just reading the dialogue so I could skip lengthy and unnecessary conversations. When you play as a human noble rogue for instance, at the beginning you run into your mum and some family friends, and ... they just won't stop talking - I just don't care about these characters. I found myself trying to be as rude as possible with the dialogue options in the hope that the conversation would end. The voice acting is ok, but with the boring dialogue you won't care how good or bad it is, you'll just want it to stop.

There is a lot to read in this game. You collect codexes very often. Some of them are interesting, but on the whole I'd say this only detracts from the pace of the game. Did you ever read in Oblivion? Not really, because you didn't have to. But there's so much to read in this game that you feel you SHOULD be reading it, incase you miss something important.

overall this game was suck
