I was disappointed by the expansion. I really loved the original game. However, I found the expansion to be buggy and the story felt thrown together and abrupt. The voice acting was good and some of the new characters are cool, but I was disappointed that I could not use my favorite characters from the original. Also, these new characters I could not connect to. Oghren is probably my least favorite character from the original and of course he is the one they let come back and join your team. I was kind of shocked when I got to the final battle. I didn't even know it was the end of the game until the credits started rolling. I did not feel drawn into the story the way I did with the first game. Overall, I felt the expansion was not worth the price and would wait until it is on sale to pick it up.
