Good game, but not for the "oldschool classic" rpg fan. Not for me.
I love the overhead perspective wich was the main characteristic of so many great games over the years, including the first DA.
It was GREAT! a new game with a new tale giving the good old classic feel! what a blessing it was!
Why? why would someone create such a good game only to destroy it in the next sequel? i dont get it. they wanted a new action game? ok they could create a new one with a hell lot of action and crazy cutscenes, but with different story in a different world and with different characters. not destroying DA.
I mean, what's next? DA3 will be first person? an ACTION rpg controled with WASD? and every single move will lead to an impressive cutscene filled with slashing and dashing or something like that?
Bottomline is that they took a great rpg game and transformed it into a movie like game were you control the star and costars. its still a good game,the story is ok,the dialogues are ok, but the classic feel it had is completely gone.
Its not for me anymore.
