The Doom series of FPS games is legendary, and that legacy continues on your cell phone with Doom RPG. Like the name says, this is actually a turn-based shooter/RPG and not the standard run and gun shooter that Doom is. Don't let this discourage you from getting this solidly enjoyable time waster, though, because it is truely a lot of fun. You can use various items such as a fire extinguisher to get rid of fires and use weapons such as the pistol or the classic Doom shotgun to take down monsters that get in your way. The visuals are very similar to the original Doom and are very good for a cell phone game. The action, although slower paced than the original Doom is fun enough to keep you coming back when you're on a long car trip or waiting for a ride. Overall, if you like the Doom series, then you should seriously consider downloading Doom RPG on your cell phone.

Gameplay: The run and gun shooter gameplay is gone in this one, but the turn-based action is fun and adicting.

Graphics: Very good for a cell phone game and look exactly like the classic Doom games.

Sound: Sounds like the classic Doom games too!

Value: It's not too pricey, but it is fairly expensive for what you're getting.

Final Thoughts: This is a worthwhile download if you want some Doom on the go.
